Institute of Food Technologists

This was a fun show! Why?? I got to eat for free! Lol. I love the show's slogan, "Feeding the Minds that Feed the World".

If you are in the food business, you need to be here. This show is a great place to get information on top ingredients, manufacturers, technology, packaging and so much more. I love how most of the booths will have samplings on how to best use their ingredients in a dish or topping.
